These rules apply whenever you play casino games or place a bet through your account with us. You must read and understand the specific rules shown in the game before you play. Those rules may explain the available bets, qualifying combinations, winning conditions, game features and any limits that apply.
Your account and responsibility
You may hold and use only one account with us unless we have approved another arrangement in writing. Your account must be registered in your own name and used only by you. You must keep your login details secure and tell us promptly if you believe another person has accessed your account.
You are responsible for checking the details of each bet before confirming it. This includes the game, stake, selected options, number of spins or rounds, and the balance being used. If the information is correct, you must confirm the bet using the control provided in the game.
- You must be aged 18 or over to use our gambling services.
- You must provide accurate account information and complete any identity, age or payment checks we request.
- You must not use another person's payment method, account or funds without proper authorisation.
- You must not use our games for unlawful activity, fraud, money laundering or any attempt to manipulate a game.
- You must follow the account, payment, bonus and safer gambling conditions that apply to your play.
Real-money and bonus-balance play
A bet may be placed using real-money funds, bonus funds or a combination of balances where the game allows this. The balance used and the order in which balances are used are shown in your account, cashier or game information. A bet is not placed until it has been accepted by the game system.
Once a bet has been accepted and recorded, it is final. You cannot cancel, amend or withdraw it after confirmation. A request to close your account, change a limit or stop future play does not cancel a bet that was already accepted. Any result connected with that bet will be settled under these rules and the applicable game rules.
Keep play within your limits
Use the deposit limits and other safer gambling tools available in your account. You can also ask us about a time-out or self-exclusion. If gambling is causing concern, support is available from GambleAware, GamCare, GamStop and the National Gambling Helpline.
How bets and spins are settled
The game server records accepted bets, spins and rounds and generates the game outcome. The result shown by the game server is final, subject only to a confirmed malfunction or another correction required under these rules. A display, sound, animation or connection issue does not change the recorded result.
The amount returned or paid for a winning outcome is calculated using the applicable game rules and paytable. The in-game rules explain how symbols, combinations, bonus features, multipliers, side bets, progressive elements and other outcomes are treated. Where a game has a paytable, it is available in the game before or during play.
The return-to-player figure is shown in each game where that information is provided. This figure is a long-term statistical indication across a large number of plays. It does not guarantee a particular return, result or winning frequency for an individual bet or session.
Displayed balances and settlement
After a round has finished, the game records the stake, outcome and any applicable return. Your account balance may update immediately or after the game has completed its settlement process. If a displayed balance differs from the confirmed account record, the confirmed record held by the game and account systems will be used.
- A losing bet is settled by deducting the accepted stake from the relevant balance.
- A winning bet is settled according to the applicable paytable and game rules.
- A return that is equal to the stake may be shown as a return without producing a net win.
- Unfinished or interrupted rounds may remain pending until the game reconnects and the result is confirmed.
Malfunctions and interrupted games
A malfunction includes a technical, software, communication, display, settlement or other error that affects a game, bet, round, balance or result. If a malfunction affects play, the affected play and all pays arising from it are void. We may correct the account record and remove any credit, return or result that arose from the malfunction.
A malfunction can occur even when the game appears to complete normally. The absence of an error message does not make an incorrect result valid. We may suspend a game while the issue is identified and may ask for information about the affected round, including the time and game reference.
Disconnection and reconnection
If you lose connection during a game, do not repeatedly submit the same bet or spin. The game may resume from the point at which the interruption occurred when you reconnect. If the round cannot resume, it will settle using the recorded game result or be handled as an affected round under the malfunction rules.
- Check your account or game history before trying to place the same bet again.
- Do not assume that a missing animation means the round was cancelled.
- If a balance or result still appears incorrect after reconnection, contact support@twofatladies-casino.co.uk with the relevant details.
Bonus play and promotional funds
Bonus funds, free spins, bonus bets and other promotional balances are subject to the bonus terms shown when the offer is provided. Those terms explain eligibility, any qualifying deposit or play, wagering requirements, expiry, eligible games, contribution rates, maximum returns and withdrawal conditions.
You must follow the bonus terms as well as these Betting Rules. If the terms conflict, the specific bonus terms apply to the relevant offer, while these rules continue to apply to the underlying game and account. We may remove a bonus or related funds where the offer conditions have not been met or where the offer has been used improperly.
Bet limits and game contributions
A maximum bet may apply while bonus funds or bonus-related funds are in use. The applicable maximum is the one shown in the bonus terms, your account or the relevant offer. Going above that maximum may affect the bonus and any associated winnings, subject to the terms of the offer.
Different games may contribute at different rates towards a wagering requirement, and some games may not contribute at all. The contribution rate shown in the bonus terms is the rate that applies. Changing game, stake or balance type does not remove any remaining requirement.
- Check the bonus terms before using a promotional balance.
- Keep track of the remaining requirement and any time condition shown in your account.
- Do not use more than one account to obtain or use the same offer.
- If you withdraw, cancel or otherwise change a bonus, the consequences shown in the applicable terms may apply.
Live casino and table games
Live casino and table games are played according to the rules displayed in the individual table. The table help explains the available bets, minimum and maximum stakes, dealing process, permitted actions, winning combinations, payouts and any rules for void or cancelled rounds.
Dealer decisions made during a live game are final for that game, subject to the applicable table rules and any confirmed malfunction. This includes decisions about dealing, drawing, stopping play, accepting actions and identifying the outcome. The game record and server record are used to settle the round.
Late bets and actions
A bet or action must reach the game system before the betting period closes and must be accepted by the table. A request made after betting has closed is a late bet or late action and will not be included in the round. The table may show a countdown or closing message, but the recorded status on the game server determines whether the bet was accepted.
If the connection fails after a bet has been accepted, the round may resume or settle when you reconnect. If the system did not accept the bet before the betting period closed, no return is due for that attempted bet. Game-specific rules in the table's help take priority for matters unique to that table.
Disputes and questions about a result
If you think a bet, spin or table round has been settled incorrectly, contact us promptly so we can look into the account and game records. Write to support@twofatladies-casino.co.uk or use the live chat on the site. We may need to complete account verification before discussing account-specific information.
To help us identify the correct record, include the following information in your message:
- The game or table name.
- The date and approximate time of the bet, spin or round.
- The round, bet or game reference shown in your account, if available.
- The stake, balance type and result you expected.
- A clear description of what happened, including any error message or disconnection.
Please do not send your password or full payment details. We will use the records held by the game and account systems, together with the applicable rules, to determine the outcome. If a correction is required, we will update the account and explain the relevant action.
These Betting Rules should be read with the other terms that apply to your account and the specific rules displayed in each game. The rules shown at the time of play are the rules used to settle that bet, unless a confirmed malfunction requires the affected play to be voided.
